The safety and security of our boarders is our foremost responsibility, and UWA maintains a clear and structured visitor policy in keeping with that commitment.

UWA warmly encourages family involvement in school life, and designated occasions are provided throughout the year for parents to visit and celebrate their children’s progress. Should an unplanned visit become necessary, prior permission must be obtained from both the House Parents and the school’s Principal. All visitors are received at the school’s main reception and are not permitted access to the boarding areas without formal clearance. Identification, emergency contact details, and the verified relationship to the student are confirmed before any meeting is permitted.

This policy exists not to restrict but to protect, ensuring that every child in our care is surrounded only by those who have the right to be there.
